We’re here to guide you and your family to a place of stability

Helping people has always been my passion. After struggling to find the right support for many years, I have made it my mission to ensure others don’t face the same challenges.

Diagnosed with autism, ADHD and DID as an adult, I finally understood the difficulties I’d faced throughout my life. Unfortunately, after my diagnosis, support was limited, and I had to navigate a lot on my own.

I believe that with the right guidance and support, life could have been much easier for me, and for my family. That’s why I’m dedicated to providing the help I wish I’d had, offering guidance for both individuals and their families through the discovery and understanding of diagnosis.

I am currently working toward a counselling degree, with the aim of qualifying by 2027. In the meantime I hold a Level 3 qualification in counselling. In the meantime, I’m using my personal experiences, knowledge and qualifications to support others through their own journeys, ensuring they have the resources and understanding they need along the way.
